It's been months in the making, and now BookSwim is all new! Your service still works the same way, but the new look focuses on providing more features and ease of use.
In addition to a better search engine and display (no small feats, in and of themselves), which help make books and features easier to find, here's a short list of some of the new features:

Taking into account the books you've read, the books in your pool, how you've rated books and what books other people who've read the same books as you have also read, BookSwim has created a customized Recommendation engine that will suggest books you're likely to enjoy. The more you rent, and the more you rate books, the more specific to your preferences it will become.
 Favorite Authors
There are authors by whom we read every book and there are times we read a good book and say, "Gee, I wonder what else that author has written." The new Favorite Authors page is a place to keep that list so you can know when new books come out or just to throw a few titles in your Rental Pool more easily. Click the red heart next to any author's name to add them to the list. Click the empty heart to remove them.

Browse some of the most popular books in America by viewing BookSwim's selection of New York Times Bestsellers. BookSwim is the only web site that rents these much sought-after new releases!
